Larry Perron Larry Perron, a professional engineer, has over 20 years of combined technical and business experience in multinational technology corporations. As a Partner of Skypoint, Larry plays a key role in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. Larry became a Partner of Skypoint through the merger of Skypoint Capital and Venture Coaches in December 2003. Before co-founding Venture Coaches, Larry held multiple positions with companies like Newbridge Networks Corporation (now Alcatel Networks), Mitel Semiconductor Corporation and Toshiba of Canada. Larry currently serves as Board member and Advisor to Accedian Networks, Galazar Networks and is chairman of The Ottawa Network. Larry obtained a B.Eng. from the University of Ottawa in 1984 and his professional engineering accreditation from the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario in 1987. |

Scott Marshall Scott most recently held the post of Senior Vice President of Engineering & Product Management with Redback Networks responsible for technical and product leadership. He has 30 years of networking and telecommunications experience in product and architecture strategy, engineering management, product development and executive leadership. He was formerly a group vice president of Cisco Systems with responsibility for multiple business units, including DSL, wireless, Voice over IP, integrated access devices, multi-service switching, cable and dial remote access server and concentrators. Scott also served as president and chief executive officer of optical start-up Ceyba Corporation and executive vice president of research and development (R&D) and product management of Newbridge Networks as well as senior technical roles at Mitel and Nortel. |

Gord Harling Gord comes from an engineering and operations background at Mitel Semiconductor (now Zarlink) in Product engineering and then as Director of IC Process R&D. He was design team leader at NovAtel on the first single chip digital section for a cellular radio and Technology Manager for Dalsa CCD Cameras and Sensors. He founded Goal Semiconductor, a mixed signal design services company, and ran it for 8 years eventually selling it to Mosel-Vitelic and the Socit Gnrale du Financement. Goal now manufactures and sells a line of integrated circuits for sensor signal conditioning. Gord's most recent role was as Senior VP of Engineering and Operations at ATMOS, a memory SIP company acquired by MoSys. |

Richard White, President and CEO Richard has more than 27 years of experience in technology companies. Richard was a former CEO of Solidum and Accelerix and acted as a contract CEO to Intelligent Photonics Control and Spectalis. He has provided consultant services to a number of technology companies including Seaway Networks, Wavesat and Ad Opt. Richard started his career as a semiconductor engineer during the early days of Mitel. He has also worked at NovAtel Communications, Extreme Packet Devices and Enhance Systems in a variety of senior management roles. He holds a B. Eng Electrical Engineering from Carleton and an Executive MBA (PMD60) from Harvard. |

Mike Borza, CTO Mike is responsible for strategic direction at Elliptic. He is an active contributor to the Security Task Group of IEEE 802.1 and is Editor of the 802.1AR Secure Device Identifier standard. Mike's career spans more than eighteen years in high technology. Prior to co-founding Elliptic, Mike was a founder and CTO of Startle Networks, a manufacturer of Internet security appliances for SSL VPN and e-commerce applications. At Chrysalis-ITS (now Safenet), Mike worked with customers of the Luna series of network security processors as Director of IC Applications Engineering. In 1995, Mike co-founded American Biometrics, acquired in 2001 by ActivCard. Mike's early career was in the Toronto area, where he was in safety-critical systems engineering at Alcatel Canada, and held a variety of design and management positions at optoelectronics manufacturer Antel Optronics. |
