MACsec PDU Processor

Elliptic introduces the LLP-04 802.1AE/MACsec PDU Processor. The IEEE has ratified the 802.1AE Media Access Control Security (MACsec) standard. Elliptic has been involved with the standard since its inception and now offers its first product - an ultra-high bandwidth engine capable of 45 Gbps throughput. Elliptic has just introduced two new products. The CLP-43 is a MULTI2 cipher core. MULTI2 is used as the standard cipher for Communications Satellite (CS) Digital broadcasting in Japan. The CLP-42 is a DVB CSA Decryption core which is used for conditional access applications in set-top boxes, mobile phones and DTVs.
